    USe the official 52.16 drivers you'll find at nVidia site AND be sure your AntiAliasing is off in the game and in the nV control panel.

    Right click on your desktop, preferences (or properties?), configuration, advanced. You'll find the nV control panel there. Check both Direct 3D and OpenGL settings.
