I can't seem to get past the guard following the courtyard in Isreal. I climb up to the apartment, out the window and up to the roof, grapple down the wall and into the small alley and then can't seem to get past them without an alarm being radioed in. Please help I am ready to give up!

Sorry, can you make it a bit clearer. Have you received your SC-10K yet? Are you at the church yet?
The main thing is to wait and memorise their patrol routes. If there is no time to move, distract them from the route by whistling or shooting a light. If in real danger shoot him/Sticky Shocker him and then hide the body.
the mission is zero fatalaties i think, but yeah all you have to do is watch their patrol patterns and once you know the timing ect it is easy.
If I am thinking of the correct spot, you are at the point where you rappel down the wall. If so, distract the guards while you are on the roof by firing a shot into a wall away from the alley into which you will rappel. The guards will basically give a "what the hell" and go look around. You have to be quick and silent, but you can make it down into the alley. Be careful of the guard at the end of the alley (hint: he can be KO'd easily).
Or you can save a bullet and just rappel slowly down the wall (without pushing off of it). The cop's back will be to you while he talks to Dahlia, and they won't finish talking and Dahlia won't continue her journey until you've reached the ground. Sometimes the cop will hear you if you push off the wall to scale down it more quickly. Make sure as soon as you get on the ground you get into the shadows in the alleybefore the cop turns around ... it's bright where you touch down at.

or what i do is when i get down i just grab the cop dahalia is talking to and drag him to a dark corner and knock him out the follow dahalia till you hear the other cop and wait for him to expose his back and do the same as with the other cop
