Recently I discovered that my stick disposed some little black particles on the rubber beneath the stick, and handled quite stiff.
So i poured some vaseline (lubricating stuff) there and now my stick handles as smooth as a baby's ***!

You will want to get that vaseline off your stick ASAP. Vaseline is petroleum based... It does not like plastic and rubber. I ruined an X36 using vaseline... it ate the rubber boot around the base of the stick. It was smooth as a babys ***, until the boot disentegrated. Then I had to order a new stick.
If you want to lubricate the X45 stick use silicone grease.

Yes this applies to the X36 and the X45.
When rubber or latex comes into contact with Vaseline, it quickly begins to deteriorate. DO NOT USE VASELINE on your stick.

What about silicon spray? Should have quite a similar effect?

I tried silicon spray and it was no good. The grease is best, something you can dab on. The spray I tried (3 in 1 professional silicone spray lubricant) dried very quickly and actually made it worse (stiffer/jerkier) not better... you need something that will remain in grease form and allow constant longer term lubrication.
I have found a product by Permatex called "dielectric tune-up grease" that has done the trick for me.
From the manufacturer: In addition, it's an effective lubricant and protective coating for rubber, plastic, ceramic and metal surfaces.
