I'm looking to buy a new video card, but I dont want to spend much since grafic quality doesn't matter to me. I just want something DX9 compatible and could run FC at 1024 x 768 on medium lighting so I can actually play online. I'd like to be able to keep my framerate above 30 in MP. Any suggestions?

If that's all you are looking for, you can get a 9600 Pro or 5700ultra and that should do the trick for ya
