I haven't seen anything on Far Cry regarding Co-Operative play. Will Far Cry have cooperative play? How many players will be able to join? Will it be like Serious Sam where tons of players can do cooperative??

i read somewhere that there wont be full co-op play for the single player game.... but they said it would be an easy mod.... it might not play as well though....


and i think some AI will be in multiplayer, so thats sort of like co-op....

I read the same article. I hope someone creates the mod as soon as possible.

yeah maybe operation archangel will include this??? We would want the original far cry missions too

well for the CO-OP i dont know if its in FC but i know that allot of the people wo like to play Single player like to Play Co-op and that makes it a part that you do not want to mis.

we are planning to creat SP and MP for our mod and we want to make 2 version of evry map we do so if you got 1 mission where you enter tro a mangroof in to the enemys base in SP we will also make the same map in MP so you cn play that same map in MP only in a MP based game play there will also be some special designed MP maps voor Big fights that can be done.

we have 1 map in the planning right now where you enter a base that is deep in a swamp's and you need to enter it trow a mangroof forest and than enter the swamp's where you need to blow up some stuff more will come but not spoil evry thing yet [img]/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif[/img]

btw if you like to contrubute your idea's to the mod just viset our website and go tot the forum [img]/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif[/img]

I just wish UBI would give us progress report, and tell us what Far Cry's features are. Maybe it's all supposed to be a big shocker. So their not telling us nothin'.

I think a Competition mode would be cool, myself. Instead of cooperating with each other, you and a bunch of other people are thrown into the map and must fight each other and NPCs to try to accomplish and/or reach the goal first. Maybe you could even have variations that allow alliances, so that would allow it to become a Co-op mode(having everyone allied or just teams) as well. Maybe a mode where you can even play as one of the opposite side, so you try to stop players from completing the objectives...
