Jasper i know a guy who's tested farcry in the office of ubi/montreuil france so ..internal betatest has already begun .
And he said it was already very polished..
Crytek team is gonna do a jewel for us to play with !

well o have read on some site that it whase going to release on 14Feb 2004 but i cant find the link any more so thats a shame. btw intern testing whase already done when the alpha isnt release i dont thing that you cant realy test the game realy good in a office inviroment you always need out standers to test a game the online aspect of a game cant be test realy good in a office the testing needs to take place in long distanse iam not talking of office to office iam talking player in holland to player in the US or from the UK to OZ this is some thing you cant realy do in a office. sure inhouse testing is more safe than pblic but there are just some things i cant tell you sorry for that. you guys dont belive me than thats oke no problem whit that you just keep saying that it will be November well we will see.

FarCry is not delayed!

On pcgames.de, you can read this (i translate for you):

The rumors around a far Cry delay draw ever further circles: So the Website Computerandvideogames.com wants to have heard now from a "Ubisoft close source" that the Ego Shooter is a 2004 title. We asked Ubisoft Germany today and they confirmed there is no delay: Official planned release is November 2003.

I think every single game I've been looking forward to this year is going to get delayed. It's pathetic.

No, official Ubi soft statements still say Winter/November 2003. On the German site it says 00/02/2004, but that isn't a date now, is it?
Every UK site says november too, and I'm used to trust those more than the US sites, so, I still believe in that this years top action game IS going to be Far Cry.
And with all this waiting comes one good thing:
It would be a shame if the game needs a patch right away.


There is nothing more satisfying that having someone take a shot at you, and miss.
