When i'm flying in a campaign I would like to have my own pilot to get the credit of a succesful mission... now, how do I assign a pilot when I'm playing a campaign?

You'll have to create a pilot of the same nationality of the aircraft you'll be flying in the campaign, and check the 'default' box under the pilot's pic.

I've noticed that if you create the pilot from the campaign menu, it won't work if you launch the mission after that, you should exit the campaign and enter again, or create the pilot from the main menu. Seems like the campaign doesn't refresh the pilots pool after creating a new one.
