What is the release date for the XBox in the US?

I have searched many posts and haven't been able to locate anything.

Once the exact US date is known, add another 7-10 days for UK release. Doom3 is due Aug 3 in US and 7-10 days later in UK so take it the pattern is about the same.

since i posted the above question BT has said that the release will be nov 2004 in both UK and US, its also being released on both xbox and PC at the same time so its safe to say november 2004

The date for PC was changed to December '04.
