hey some of you said you could use 32mb and i have one but every time i try to start up i get video card is not supported. did some of you get this if so please help out

The amound of memory on your video card may be sufficient, but that doesn't mean the actual graphics chip is compatible with Raven Shield. Someone may be able to actually help you if you post at least your basic computer specs, such as make/model of video card, motherboard, cpu, sound card, and amount of RAM.
