Go into your preferences, and proceed to the "Display Setting" section. Then select the "Linear View" and then place a check mark on the option below that. This way the most recently replied to topics will rise to the top of page.

Well, I see it perfectly fine about two-thirds of the way down the page. Just do what I said, and set your time zone accordingly, and you should be able to see it too.
