Hi people, just recently bought this game. So far the game is great, presentation/story, voice acting, controls, camera, graphics/framerate. Anyways Im planning on playing the game eventually, but right now Im letting my girlfriend play it cause she likes this type of game (shes using her controller connected in port two). So almost at the begining of the game when you reach the 'Pedestrian District' and you go inside the bar theres an animal that challenges you to play some sort of multi puck air-hockey game. When you accept to play you have to press start to actually begin playing (cause it enters some sort of pause mode). So when she pressed start the game quickly un-paused and paused again (if you keep pressing the 'start' button the game keeps un-paused, but if you release it, it gets paused again). So I pressed start on my controller (connected in port one) and the game began ok, I could play the game with the my controller but not with hers which she used from the begining of the game until that point without a problem.

I know its no biggie, the game is excellent and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great action/adventure game, but if any of you have it already and have a save near that point could you please check for me if you game does the same? I would like to know if its my copy or something found on copies. So I may able to exchange it for a new copy.

PS: I have the DVD kit but I dont connect it while Im playing so it's not that. Thanx in advanced for any help. Later. [img]/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif[/img]

I'm pretty sure that this is not a problem with your copy. I don't want to spoil anything for you, but the behavior your are seeing mayt be related to unlockable functionality within the game. If you want to find out more, look in the hints and tips forum as I'm sure people have discussed it in there.

In the meantime, why doesn't she simply plug her controller into the first port?
