Thread: Help with Eder steam vents | Forums

  1. #1
    Hi,

Well, I must be ******ed. I've read all the posts I could find, saw all sorts of hints, and still do not know which vents to close and which ones to keep open.

Will someone PLEASE spell it out for me? Pretty please! I'm dying here!

    Thanks,

The more you close, the stronger the others are, but don't close all of them. One must be open. Which one(s)? Look around the linking place, especially the rock walls could be interesting. And the far end maybe...

I know I need to keep one of them open. I looked around. I can see the journey up on the rock wall. I know that one of the vents will probably shoot me up there and/or over to where the water is.

But I've been through this 100 times and I still don't know which ones to keep open and which ones to close and then stand on. This is what's driving my crazy.

Please, please, tell me what to do here!

You need maximum steam presure to jump high enough. So close all but one vent. The one under the ledge and stand over it. Then you have to open another, close this one, and try to fly again... You have to walk to/from a few times.

    God love you.

If you hadn't of helped me here, I NEVER would have guessed that I didn't need the cover to propel me upward. I can't believe I didn't figure it out earlier.

    Thanks,
