    "Destination net unreachable" is not the same as a simple timeout though due to lack of response though. DNU is the direct result of a routing issue.

    Considering how long Ubi have been having this problem (10 years or more on and off, since before Uplay reared it's ugly head at any rate), and the fact that it's not always BT Infinity users that have this problem (just happens to be BT users this week), I'd say the blame still lies firmly with Ubi... `

    I put a ticket in but just got a standard reply about having to contact BT , not very helpful. It's been long enough to have come up with a workaround now surely...

    I'm on infinity too and cannot get on uplay to play far cry 3, it was fine until tues and then bang!
    Its a good Job I got the game free with a graphics card and i've already completed it on the PS3, which also will not let you log in to Uplay.
    On the pc its now saying its needs activating again but the code is coming back as invalid.

    Same problems here too, I just bought the new Might and Magic game on Steam, but can't log on to Uplay to even register it

    Ubi needs to make an announcement about this , I see they are happy for BT customer to continue buying their damn games

    I'm having same issue with Uplay (Im a BT infinity customer). As requested I've raised a support ticket but from what I've read don't know what good it'll do. Since everything else internet related is working fine I'm not going to be reconfiguring my router etc just for ubi stuff.
    Fingers crossed one side or the other sorts out soon :-)

    The first time this happened it was when BT blocked access to torrent sites... perhaps they've recently added other links that affect our connection ?

    4th day now... still no Uplay, and not much word from either BT or Ubi.

    BT still blocking Ubi.com too
