Thread: Does anyone at Ubi ever respond? | Forums

    My neighbourhood problem has now gotten ridiculously out of hand (see Neighbourhood Problems topic). I have sent an in-game bug report, an on-line bug report and a request for help. I get an email that says "Below is a summary of your request and our response" but there is never any response. How do you get help, technical assistance or anything from Ubi?

    Have you tried contacting an in game CCR?

    Soosi, you're just going to have to give it time It will take up to a week for them to fix it. I suspect it is high on their priority list, but with the number of people bellyaching about not being in the Prologue yet, I'm sure expanding server capabilities is much higher on their list...

    Hate to say give it a few weeks but. . Just keep pestering them

    Soosi, the CCRs are there for Online (Uru Live) support.

    For Uru: Ages Beyond Myst the support is supposed to go through the website FAQs or the Support Centre (phone numbers listed at http://support.ubi.com)

    I wish there was a way to cut and paste in the game or have a website submission form ... for bugs/crashes/etc that report you should cNp it, heh.
