First (and best guess, based on your lack of provision of your system specs) is that your video card is too out of date, either in hardware or drivers, to support RvS.

yeah it says the same crap for me to

It means your video card doesn't support DXT1 compression or something. Your only option is to get a newer video card or maybe try upgrading to the latest drivers for your video card
