    When I start the game and have played a little while then suddently the sound goes crazy, example when i shoot... It sounds like a telephone without connection(Scratches)!

    Please help me!

    well what sound card do you have?

    try updating your cards drivers, if that doesnt help try turning the sound acceleration down to basic or none in DXDIAG (START->RUN->DXDIAG->SOUND)

    I Tryed to put down the sound acceleration but it didn't help!

    Update the card's drivers from www.soundblaster.com

    My system:

    AMD XP 3000+ (no overclock yet...)
    1 gig of Corsair DDR PC2700 RAM @333Mhz
    Radeon 9800 Pro video w/TV out core @434, mem @720

    I am having the same problem with my sound too and I also have Creative's sound card so this seem to be some kind of problem instead of just isolated incident. Anyway I am wondering if the person who started thi thread fixed the problem and how? Did the upgrading of drivers helped or not? Thx.

    Well, he didn't post again so I assume that it fixed his problem. That's the first thing anyone needs to do if they are having any sort of problem. Drivers are #1 (next to good hardware, of course).

    SBlive is crap-you can sell it on ebay and buy yourself a hercules fortissimo 3 retail for $45.
