You might have too many options--"Bought Uru to play offline and not intended to go online" and "Played Uru Prime, and enjoyed it" both apply to me.

Looks like now there should be one more, dividertabs: "Bought Uru to play offline and didn't intend to go online but was talked into it by someone else and enjoyed it."

I knew this could have happened, but the poll only allowed for 5 options, otherwise I would have more.

Yeah, plenty more options. How about "Played Uru Prime/Beta/Prologue and didn't enjoy it", for instance?

I bought the game primarily for the offline game, knew about Live but as I had dialup expected I might not be able to play, was also worried about the cost of an ongoing subscription, signed up for prologue, was able to play over dialup, didn't think that much of it, wouldn't have paid for Live unless things had got a lot better.

I was just about to go Live when I heard they stopped with that project, and I must say that I am dissapointed that I never had the chanche to play Live If only I played Prime a bit faster I could have seen it for at least a couple of weeks (better something than noting)

Does anyone here know how much Live would have been (per month)???? I don't seem to be able to find that anywhere.

Well I'm with dividertabs on this one - I bought Prime with the intention of only playing it offline, but decided that as it was free I would give the on-line part a go and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I think that there will be quite a few people who did the same

How about the option: "Signed up for Uru Beta and was enjoying it immensely when got offered job as Community Manager of Uru with Ubi.com then was hired and then worked hard for Uru Live but it was cancelled and now working on future Uru and Myst products in new part-time position"?

Same as dividertabs and CordeliaG. UruLive was a rather wonderful bonus, for all its frustrations.
