why do u always lock the posts when people get mad, they have every reason to, you guys dont have any kind of tech support, i have called several times and they did not know any thing, and personally you dont either, all you do is just lock posts, so if your not gonna help, then dont lock them, and dont tell me the Radeon cards have no problems, just look at the posts, see wat i mean by u dont help

I don't think it is UBI, Dayglow is one of the moderators, and I believe he is independent of UBI. I believe the locking comes into play when words get a little heated or profanity starts and it goes off topic, remember we're here to help, not call people stupid or whatever. I always learned that the only stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked. Cheers

um ur not that bright are u, we are on a UBI tech form, UBI tells u to go to the tech form, so why the hell would they tell u to go here if they are independent of UBI, either way they are screwed up

Ive just called UBI @ 30p per min, the girl told me that they took over the tech support from the end of Aug and that the tech help has not gone live yet. She also had no arnswers about my GPfault.....Darn!!

What is the GP fault caused from. Also if you read the top, WE are supposed to help each other.

I have successfully worked through Driver crashing the game GP faults crashing the game and countless errors on several PCs. I am going to try to help you all now.

Post your dxdiag and see if we can help with your problem.

Dxdiag

start/run/ type in dxdiag click ok/ when it has finished loading/system tab/ down the bottom click SAVE ALL INFORMATIOM to desktop/copy and paste that in the forums.

Copy/Paste

You may know how to do this already, so overlook it if you do.

To copy/paste left click the left mouse button and while holding the left mouse button down drag it to the left then up the page until every word is highlighted. Then on any part of the highlighted words right click and a little window pops up and with the left mouse button click COPY.

Now come to the forums and place your thread for your problem and in the white space, right click the mouse button and another small window pops up. With the left mouse button click the word PASTE and your dxdiag is copy/pasted
