    CD key in use on another account Trials Evolution Gold Edition Uplay

    Hello everybody,
    I bought trials evolution in steam today, and had to create an account with Uplay to play. Asked the key, and put activated normally. I played for an hour and leaves, after a while I went to play again and he asked again cd key, but when I put the cd key that appears already being used. Help please

    Hello, this error usually indicates that you are not signing in with the Uplay account that was associated with the activation key.

    Please create a ticket to support by clicking on the “Ask Question tab” on the top of the page: http://support.ubi.com/ for help with this issue. Please include the activation key with your inquiry

    I have the same problem.

    I started on AC3 and was going great started on mission Feathers and Trees then WHAM. I downloaded Hoyle Casino from the Uplay store and not knowing it I must have created a new user account. I have AC3 on PC DVD and both games show up on Uplay Hoyle works great however AC3 I have to enter a CD Key which I did and the message comes up saying "The CD Key or Activation Code is already in use with another Uplay Account. For more information please contact Ubisoft Support'. I have AC1 and AC2 and when I installed AC3 all was great until I downloaded Hoyle. Also I see in the support area that this is a favorite common question for AC3 which means I'm not the only one having this problem.

    This should have been provided when you purchased. If it has not then please contact the retailer.
