Refund DENIED, reason: Lack of Proof
Please Ubisoft, could you please release a statement that you don't care and wont fix this(the horrible optimization for AC3 on PC), so we all can get our refund? Thank you.
Steam support wont believe us, we all know you have moved on onto AC4, and you have no plans on fixing the game. So please, at least could you do this?
aahahhahaahahahaha no. u rly think ubi will give u their beloved money? ubi's religion is MONEY-ism their moto is : Why care about costumers when they already gave us their money? their streak in life is to get money. it is not ubisoft, it is ubi$oft. I bet the founder of ubisoft made a language for himself and in it ubisoft means money. u cant get a refund, refund is a word that ubisoft does not know.

Refund trough Steam is impossible in the first place. Ever read the License you had to agree to when buying something off Steam? It clearly states no refunds under no circumstances.
You'll be VERY lucky to get a refund off steam as everyone says, I've heard of them doing it ONCE over the years I've used it and never again. And Ubi will never part with your money :P This is very much a one way street with them :P

In the PC Requirements it says it needs 17 GB of Hard Drive Space.
In your PC specs here it says you have 8 GB.
Maybe this is why you are having issues. I would suggest you keep in contact with Support. http://support.ubisoft.com/
Also, there was just a Title Update on the 13th so you can hardly say we have just moved onto AC4.
