    Can't redeem assassins creed 3 promo code

    Hi, I typed in the card to the geforce website and got a promo code back. I was supposed to use this promo code in the uplay store but it doesn't work. It shows up as Invalid promo code. I've tried everything I've seen in this thread which is try using the code in the launcher and browser but it both shows up as invalid promo code. and for reference its been over a few days since I received the promo code

    Is this what you have tried?

    - Visit shop.ubi.com
    - Add the game to your cart (PC download – Assasins Creed 3)
    - Enter the promo code you were given. This promo code will change the price to zero and you will be ready to download the game

    If you continue to have problems, please create a ticket to support by clicking on the “Ask a Question” tab on the top of the page at http://support.ubi.com/

    Alternatively, you may call them. You can find the Support Team in your region here: http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/InternationalSupport.aspx

    Yes, that is what I tried, (yes I made sure it was the regular edition) also I tried submitting a ticket and they just told me they couldn't help and I would have to contact whenever I got it and request for a new code (and I'm still pretty sure they have it mistaken for the 1st set of codes you have to type in)

    same problem

    I'm having the same problem. I'm actually on my second promo code and still having the same issue.I've gotten to the point that I don't expect to get the game. Support from uplay has been nonexistant. I just submitted my second ticket on this issue and I know I'm going to recieve a generic email saying good luck its not our problem.

    yeah, usually goes like, Oh, that's the retailers problem, and if it isn't it's the card manufacturer's problem.
