check out some of the new view options in hte new patch

Reduced default external zoom speed. Made cockpit zoom speed and external zoom speed configurable in the Config\View\View.cfg file

Corrected incorrect zoom-in external views for track playback if zoom was changed when paused while recording

Changed cockpit and external object camera movement according to a logarithmic acceleration rate. Made separate camera keyboard control acceleration parameters for cockpit and external views (see Config\View\View.cfg for details, please).

Restricted cockpit and external camera moving acceleration time. Added corresponding parameters to the Config\View\View.lua

Added script files for different view types, moved some parameters from the Config/View/View.lua to corresponding files

this should give us a bit more freedom (a boon for me is the user defined rotation speed, i can finally get a slooowww dolly shot rotating a plane )

Looks very promising. Sadly with the latest IL2 expansion about to arrive, Far Cry not far off, and a whiff of Doom3 in the air, Lomac's not going to be the focus of my gaming this Spring/Summer. Still, maybe that'll buy me enough time to have a decent idea for a Xmas movie :-)

right on. i hardly ever have time to play lock on so i just make movies, i will however be making time for doom3 and HL2 (if it ever comes out) but its just so easy to make movies with lock on

i'll have to buy a new video card for far cry anyway, the demo barely ran on my 9200se
