    Please, help!
My router is a Sweex Broadband; my game is Ravenshield 1.40, hosting a non-dedicated server. Server configured for 8 players; unfortunately only 1 player can join. What's the problem??

No, my two friends try to connect my Internet Server, so they're not in my network. They just join my IP address; but only one friend can join; it's just a matter of 'who's first'to type in my IP address. It's very strange....

and both friends have joined you before, right? Not at the same time, but at any time.
If you do have it setup where 8 people can play, and atleast one person can join your server that is not on your network, it seems the problem would have to be with the other computer. But it is kinda wierd.

ya it is odd...I've had that problem with ICQ file transfers...I can send files to multiple recipients when Im in the DMZ but when I send files using port forwarding, I can only send to one contact at a time.
