Hey guys, here is a new and extremely in-depth Realism Mod. It strictly affects weapon behaviour; if you want things like changes to weapon cost, map/hud etc.. you'll have to compile it with other mods manually.

This mod includes Leechmonger's Attachment mod (modified slightly) and Khenaz' Better Sights mod.

Brief changes:
All guns have more realistic performance in the game.
-Damage is based on actual weapon terminal ballistics tests
-Sway in sights and aiming are factors of the weapon's weight
-Recoil is a factor related to actual weapon recoil, incorporating bullet weight, powder, velocity, and weight of weapon
-Accuracy is based on actual Minute of Arc extreme spreads for the most realism
-Reload time is 25% slower on Assault Rifles, LMG's, and SMG's
-All weapons have realistic magazine capacities, including with Extended Magazines
-All weapons have vastly more maximum range
-Weapons have proper rates of fire (most especially that PKM.)
-Weapons have a new attachment setup that is a modified version of Leechmonger's attachments mod

Definitely not. Either something due to 1.04 itself (think I've seen some other similar complaints on the forums) or due to a conflict (though I truly can't imagine how as my mod only changes craftingrecipes.lib and shoppingitems.lib.

Hope you figure it out.

Solved it. Stupid me somehow managed to mess up the audio files, in a complete different folder, don't ask how or why, I have no idea, lol.

This modding community definitely does need a centralised location like a Nexus site. This thread is full of arguing and non-constructive stuff. It's becoming difficult to keep up with new releases and updates to existing releases as well.

There should at least be a culture of [RELz] threads encouraged so each mod has it's own thread (unless moderators are locking them? Are they?).

Stuff just gets buried in here.

Well that's Ubisoft for you I guess, console developer** with no modding pedigree.

Goes to show there definitely needs to be a third party site for this modding community, and modders need to be encouraged to move there and use it.

This thread is quickly reaching critical mass.
