And I'd like to comment: To include NO (detailed) PRINTED manual into the retail box is a BIG failure and incredible lazy.
The "in-game" manual is annoyingly laborious to reach AND to browse through. And it not nearly comprehensive enough about many things like the mechanics of the "economic" system.
To me it's obvious, that the abandonment of a PRINTED manual serves no other purpose than to reduce cost. At cost of the user experience. For whom it would be - obviously - much preferable if he/she could keep the game running (with scenery and all) and simultaneously(!) look up any questions in a good old separate booklet.
