Hi!

Why is Kane Bayle locked after the 11th aug patch? It has been unavailable for 3 days now and I can't find any information about it. It appears as if all the other servers are up and running which is very strange.

Please give us some info!

Thank you for bringing this information to light.

There is no valid, or logical reason why the patcher version (Ubi 1.1.7, or SOE 1.0.30) should allow or deny access to a server.

I have forwarded this to the SOE Tech team for comment and resolution.

I share your frustration, not only that situations such as this occur (however rarely), but also that the resolution has not been offered in a timely manner.

Greetings,

this situation has now been resolved. The reporting tools for operations showed the server as unlocked on login3, even though as you can all attest, it was not.

They have cycled the lock / unlock status on the server and it is now available.

Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
