    d3d11.d11 Heelp with Assasin's Creed 3 please

Ok, I have the latest drivers for my nvidia card, and vista 64 svc pack 2. Every time I go to start up the game it gives me the "This application has failed to start because d3d11.dll was not found." error. Kind of frustrating. I have not found an answer that has worked. If you can, please help. I thank you for your time.

I'm pretty sure this is a problem with DirectX. Try to update it.

However, this won't help you if you're trying to run the game on XP. AC3 doesn't support XP.

Guys, if that file is missing...why don't you search for it and give it to AC 3 then??

Guys, i had the same problem. The fix is updating Vista to SP2. I had Vista SP1 and the game doesn't support it. In the game minimum requirements says the OS that you need. Check that. And install the lastest update for DirectX just in case. I hope i helped.
