When you contact Support - please provide them with as much detail as possible, answer all replies from them and answer those requests within 48 hours - to avoid your question being marked as solved.
The first reply from support maybe a simple FAQ - this is normal - if that does not solve the issue, reply and inform them!
If for what ever reason your question is marked as solved, remember you have 48 hours to reopen it - please also do not make multiple support requests for the same issue, this may delay support answering you.
This thread is for general feedback on bugs and is not intended to replace support, or intended to provide feedback based on those bugs in all cases.
Information from this thread will be fed back to the team, and help they solve any issues, but it's vital you also report directly to support so that they can also report problems and help the team work on solving them!
Yeah, requirements are met and the latest drivers are downloaded. IDK, he says the game is crashing right when the menu music starts to play. Anyone had an issue like this with this game or previous AC games? I wanna exhaust all possible solutions before referring him to Ubisoft Support, which takes days to respond.
My game is suffering from serious lags when in cities in Assassin's Creed III on PC. When the camera aims up to the sky or down to the floor, the game does not lag anymore in the cities. Everywhere else in the game, the game runs perfectly, really smooth. I'm pretty sure you can release a patch to optimize cities areas. It does not make sense that everything runs perfectly except for cities.
I'm running on:
Processor AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 1500 MHz, 4 Core, 4 logical processors
I'm seeing heavy artifacting in the snow, concentrated around animal/human tracks in the snow, but the graphical glitches are widespread, but only, it seems, in snow woods. I'm running Windows 8 64-bit, GTX 690, forceware version 310.61. I would post a screenshot, but until Fraps updates to a Windows 8 friendly version, I'm out of luck. I tried reducing the anti-aliasing but it didn't seem to improve anything.
