Oh wait, suddenly a new DDE with season pass gets released according to forum members and ubi reps. Let's try and contact support, wait what i can't login? What? Error? Alright make a new account and ask support to take a look. They ask me to change password. Alright wait 12 days, not even a update regarding my account,
Whatever need to sort out the issue with the DDE...hmm can't find anything on the swedish store(DDE version is gone completly). Some forum members get the season pass with the DDE eitherway and some don't, not even ubi reps knows what's going on.
So i look around to see if it's possible to cancel the order, but sadly you can't according to the FAQ (digital versions). So i keep waiting for support to investigate if the DDE has a season pass or not. After 10 days they still don't have a clue what their product contains and the response given by support is to cancel (remember, you can't, already paid) and buy the new updated version on the store. Thing is, there still is no DDE on the swedish store. And the game is released in less than a week.
Thank you Ubisoft, i have never been this frustrated with a company before, how the hell can a company not even have a clue what they are selling a week before release? You push all the right buttons at the same time.
PS. Can i have myoriginal account back? Or atleast give a update on what's going on with my account. Really frustrating.

You keep talking about retailers, but we're talking about Ubishop here. The only difference is that some of us are in different regions and we're getting mixed information from Ubisoft. Ubisoft Sweden says it's best to cancel the existing pre-order and order the new one instead (even though their own policy states it's not possible to cancel digital editions) and Ubisoft Netherlands claims all Deluxe editions are identical and come with the Season Pass. I know you're trying to help, but it is Ubisoft who needs to sort things out and give all the facts to their own teams around the world. Those of us from ordered from Ubishop, can we expect all Deluxe editions to come with the Season Pass or not, regardless of our country of residence?
Giving them a call doesnt work either because they do not accept calls from mobile phones.
I really didn't belive people when they said that PC players get treated poorly by Ubi. But hell, what is this? What's the point in buying anything from a company that has no clue what they sell? To get the game on release i either pay 100 euro for a version that costs 75 (still not up on the site) or i cancel the order and wait for the transaction to finnish (remember, you still can't cancel a digital order).
Can i get any help with this ? Release day is closing in and i just want to cancel this crap. Im done with it and i just want the **** game on release.
Questions: How long does it take for the money to transfer back, when will there be a DDE+season pass on the swedish shop and will i even get my money back seeing how its against the rules. And when the hell can i even get my original account back? Seriously.
