Apparently it's just for Multiplayer

- One for All
With any of the additional characters, perform 20 ‘Revive’ actions.
- A New Challenger Appears
Finish a multiplayer game session with each of the additional characters.
- Stubborn Stunner
Stun 3 pursuers without dying, playing with any of the additional characters.
- Wolves for Lambs
Complete a Wolfpack multiplayer session on any of the additional maps.

It's not ON Disc DLC , Those + trophies were added with the 1.01 update on launch day. But it shows upcoming DLC was already in the final stages of being finished.
Characters & maps for MP . Nothing groundbreaking.

To be honest, I have not touched multiplayer, If I went to multiplayer it would welcome me to Abstergo probably. I played enough of that in Brotherhood.

It probably just one of the 5 DLC packs they were talking about... which i am not holding my breath for, both previous DLC's took almost 6 months to release
