I'm getting frustrated on why the DLC's (song add-ons) that I downloaded from the PSN store are not showing up in my game after I downloaded and installed it for a few times.
Also, whenever I use the game's shop feature it says "there are no items currently available..."
Can you please guide me on how to solve this issue?
You have to at least be connected to a device with an IP address, but preferably be connected to the Internet.
And your PSN account should be for the same region as the game I think.
Im having this problem too, for some reason i downloaded BB king's the thrill is gone from PSN Store downloaded and installed and nothing, went to Guitar centre download store told me there was nothing to get...
I'm having the same problem, downloaded two songs (evanescence + Foo fighters) from PSN store,
but they do not appear on the guitar center or songs list!
if the in game store is showing no items you are in the wrong regional psn find out where your disc is for (check the code on the spine of the cover) and then you will have to set up a psn id for that region and download via that store using vouchers.. Amazon seem to be sending out a lot of us region discs to EU customers creating this issue.
Are you sure you purchased them. Sometimes folks just put $$ in their wallet and never actually do the purchase.
Also, this is a really old thread, so I am going to close it to help stop any confusion with previous comments.
I opened you another thread for this in the Support forum, here:

I hate hipsters. Their smug faces, vegan diet, tiny feet and sawdust bedding. No wait. Hamsters. I hate hamsters.
