    choppy play very poor controls

    I have just installed the game and the response is terrible. The entire game play is choppy and jumpy. tried to adjust the mouse sensitivity and screen resolution. neither have imporved. Can anyone tell me if I have something set wrong or does this game just stink. I am using a PC with windows 7, quad core with rediculous amount of ram. the computer should not be the problem unless it is a setting. Please Help. Thank you
