I have no activation Code for Rocksmith. I ordered the game for my PC, I booked my wife a ticket for a week in Spain, took time off work, and filled my fridge with junk food. I sat down in front of my tv, in my Y fronts, with my beautiful SG in my right hand and... NOTHING. NO ACTIVATION KEY. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS. YOU NEED TO RELEASE A STATEMENT ON WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO ABOUT THIS.

Has anyone been having trouble accessing the support site to log the query. I've just bought the game and also don't have the key but everytime I try to login to my account on the support section I just get an error:

"There was an error accessing the requested web page."

Any assistance would be great, is there a support number or email address that I can send details to directly?

i'd call again but the phonelines are not active(i think). kinda ashamed coz i called yesterday and people who did apply for a key after me got it now...

Thanks go to 3 posters above for updating us on ubi sending codes out today. At least I have some hope of getting a code today.

I've just gotten a key, so there are some people working today at least.

As with most steamworks games I just entered the key into steam, only another 10 mins of download to go!


Still no sign of the guitarcade unlock (which I don't plan to use but require on principle).

My CD key has just arrived.

I did update the ticket a couple of times asking for an ETA. I don't whether that speeded things up or not!

I feel sorry for the guys at the coalface trying to pick up the peices...

I've just updated my ticket asking for an ETA also. What time did you first submit? Might help in working out how long the turnaround currently is.

Yay, my cd key has been delivered. Sent my request at about 9.00pm, received the key at about 2.00pm. Looking forward to playing it.

I still expect something better than the guitarcade unlock as recompense though!
