I wanted to explore the volcano before the completing the slaughterhouse so I go to the garage and there are no more flight stabilizers. I take it you can't do this game out of order. I am bummed!!! I want to know why? I guess it all fits in with the story.

I'm afraid IT IS so...
Same thing happened to me. It seems you can only get the stabilizer after you have finished the Slaughterhouse mission. Then you get that email from the rhino saying he has one available.

But I think that happens more than once in this game.
Nouri's pearl(?) I didn't buy it the first time and then it wasn't there until later!

And btw I've just finished the game.
I almost made a career out of it!

And I have to agree with someone who said that the fight with the priest is soooo pointless!

I am really hoping that the rhino brothers are teasing me and they will send me an email later. I really want to fly the beluga and get to another mission!! They need to make a sequel now because I am going through Beyond Good and Evil withdrawal LOL.

Yes, I know the feeling. I thought about the game when I was at work.
It's a very good game, not the best I have played though but I do look forward to a sequel. The story is great.

What bothers me is that I've bought PoP 2 (must have been drunk) and I must play it sometime... God, the first one was so boring after a few levels...
Anyone to buy PoP at half price?

Just curious... how did you do in the Yo Pearls game?

Unfortunately, I don't think I will make it the volcano without making it throught the slaughterhouse which I have tried to get through. The North Wing is not fun. I decided I have to give up for now. I just wish I could get the other flight stabilizer and see some of the other cut scenes. I wish I could watch one of you guys play it through and show me how to get to the end. My hands start to sweat and my heart starts beating fast getting past those alpha guards.

Game puzzles are like mathematical questions. You have to look for patterns.

I wish we could record demos, but since we can't, we can only give advice...

Always crouch when trying to sneak by a guard...and remember you can roll to get a free speed up

There are always flaws in the guards' patrol route & sight view area. Just be patient and try to find out those flaws by moving the camera till you get a good view. There are many times when the flaws are really not obvious, but once you find it out, you'll come to admire the humour of the developers! (At least I find the flaws to be humourous)

The guys are right, buffalogirl. There are patterns in the game and flaws in the guards' route. You just ave to figure them out which isn't that difficult.

Well, you may "die" trying a few times, but you'll get it right, you'll see. Then you get the hang of it and can do the hard parts over and over with your eyes closed (if you are a masochist!).

But don't quit. Patience is all it takes. And a good dose of anti-depressants at times, Doctor's orders!
