Game is all black...
Mainly using crome, but tried to use Internet explorer too, same thing.
My game is all black. When I log in I see all the buttons (friends, xp, energy etc.), but the game is black. If I click a button i get into that menu, but when I exit I can't click on anything any more.
I played without any problems for about a week, this started very sudden while I was afk for a min. The game was not open during my afk.
The backround music does not play either.

And its not the computer, I have tried with a different account. And that works without a problem...

Try a different browser

Please contact support at -http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/ask for help with this.
Once you register with Ubisoft, click on Support, then choose Support again from the drop down. Then you will see a bar that says Platforms - select Facebook Games, then you will see "Ask a Question", then select Facebook Games - and House will appear under that list.

The same problem in my game. I tried to play on different computers,on different browsers and the game is black all the time.
