I'd buy the Raven Strike DLC but pass on the Arctic.

DLC "Down Loadable Content" they add maps, Campaign missions and weapons. Unknown yet when they will be coming for PC but 2 of them have been released for console players already.
I am going to buy both when they eventually come out. I like the idea of large maps. And more Campaign missions, who wouldn't love that!!!!!
