i would like to install and play R.U.S.E on my laptop, every time i try installing it, the product key is invalid.

i brought it from a shop, new.

I have contacted support and am still waiting for a reply

Hi, please ensure you are typing it exactly as it is, capital letters and dashes.

I have an other problem, trying to take of the grey stuff on the install keycode from the manual. I accidently destroyed part of the code.
