installed GW2 now game crahes on open threw uplay | Forums

so i try to open threw uplay, game screen goes black except for a white box where the uplay window is and it gets stuck there and crashes, tried to fix threw steam checked the files but that didnt do anything, tryied running in safe mode that did nothing dont know wtf is wrong but getting pissed off and would like to play

If Ubi-Mush's way didn't work, then try this.

Restart the computer a few times.
OR
Close Uplay then restart it.
OR
Reinstall Uplay and Ghost Recon Future Soldier.

computer has been restarted deleted the game and reinstalled it its still doing the same thing, sent a msg to the dev department a week ago and its still doing it, ive gone back to playing it on ps3 cause more people playing and it works there... gotta say tho im freaking pissed the **** off

this is what i see... they finally got back to me but they told me its my video card... well i been playing for months with out this problem then all of a sudden bam
