I got the email for the promotion key for the AC Initiates Closed Alpha, but my code won't work when I entered it....any help will be grateful.

Esco posted troubleshooting a page or two back. Here -

For those with the issue of non working keys, please try and troubleshoot first.

Log out of Initiates. clear browser data/ cache/ cookies. Then log in again and reinput your key. If after this, it still doesn't work, then let me know and we'll get them checked for you.

For those who haven't got keys, please be patient. They don't all go out at the same time. Thanks.

Wow, that sucks for some of you guys. I got home, checked initiates, realised that I could get a key, so I requested one, got it immediately, and entered my key, and now I'm in. No troubles.

I only signed in yesterday when the service got briefly restored and earlier, I received an email containing the key.
