How to attract attention of "Support"?
So the question in topic. They didn't answer 4 days, and they first answers is useless. Like robots who wants to get rid of me. "Look here, look there"... They seems to think I'm stupid.
I bought the license game only because i wanted to support developers, but they do not want to support me! Of course, i can download the pirate copy of the game, but then why i bought it?
Same issue here. Have two questions posted, both received the 'auto-response' crap and no future repsonses from an actual living organism. What the hell...
i suggest put in support forum in copy-paste the dialogue. showing the fail support in public may make them put actual people there instead of bots
