    Contacting Support issue

    Hello,

    Last week I had some trouble when I tried to buy a game during the Uplay discount. I contacted the support, they replied quickly, but not quickly enough for fixing my problem.
    So I also replied, hoping for some informations, but since, they didn't reply. It has been a week now, so here I am on the forum, trying to fix my "Contacting Support issue" (Paradox ?).
    Anyway, here's the reference number 120819-000583. I hope someone will help me

    Your ticket is updated into the UbiShop queue for your region, so it is still being reviewed.
    Since it has been a few days, you might update that ticket again with another inquiry to see if they have made any progress on your issue.

    You're complaining here after only a week?

    Lucky.

    Took me longer than that before I saw a FIRST response from Ubisoft Support when I contacted them in March last year about problems with a game. I'm still yet to get a helpful response from them. I've got more information from NON-staff members on the appropriate game's forum than I have from any official sources, and it's been more than 2 weeks since anything remotely close to being relevant has happened on either of the two Support tickets I currently have open with them. And one of those current Support tickets is about an issue that first started in 2009.

    I know how you feel. I contacted their support a couple months ago and they haven't done anything to help me other then state they will pass it on to the developers. I am pretty **** sure that their support is almost non existent. 2 months of waiting without any resolution, and its based on their conflux server for Might and Magic Heroes 6 having -1 listed for my value to spend on in game items. It is obvious that their server data has corrupted data for my account. I asked them to reset my account, since they can't seem to do anything else. Still waiting for a response, probably will never get one.

    This thread might help.

    "Officially" they don't close tickets without having someone reply, but since being advised of that, I've seen it happen anyway, more than once. And "officially" they always allow at least 48 hours after they've replied before closing your ticket, then allow 60 days after that time for you to re-open tickets, but I've seen that process fail to hold true as well.
