Lucky.
Took me longer than that before I saw a FIRST response from Ubisoft Support when I contacted them in March last year about problems with a game. I'm still yet to get a helpful response from them. I've got more information from NON-staff members on the appropriate game's forum than I have from any official sources, and it's been more than 2 weeks since anything remotely close to being relevant has happened on either of the two Support tickets I currently have open with them. And one of those current Support tickets is about an issue that first started in 2009.
