my 1st scout is level 60 and my second scout is level 47 . i was given the option to unlock a weapon from each faction on my level 47 scout ( same as with my level 60 scout a while ago) so i chose a weapon but they unlocked on my level 60 scout again , and not on the level 47 scout which i was playing on.im baffled please help/clarify
