    In order to respond to this email, please update this incident (Please do not create a new incident)

    Regarding your issue with not being able to login to your game, we've performed server maintenance and that might be the cause of why you haven't been able to login to the game, please try to login to the game again.

    Ummm, the response said "might be the cause", not "is the cause", how is that lying? Clearly as you're stating that it's still not working the correct course of action would be to politely update the ticket (not create a new one) with the information that your logon is still not working after server maintenance was completed. If you don't do that, you're certainly not going to get anywhere with support.
