Xbox 360 version: Double H disappeared and I can't advance
I'm very near the end of the game, in the DomZ Base area. I just took the last photo and I'm supposed to go back to the transmitter, but Double-H is gone. Pey'J is there and I can get him to stand on the platform, but it won't move.
Apparently this is a common issue, how can I fix it?

Yep it is a common issue! It was present in the originals. Unfortunately, it is a game breaking glitch, if I remember correctly. The best you can do is reload a previous save file where Double H hasn't disappeared.
The glitch is mentioned in this thread:

Thanks for the reply, Soulid_Snake. The official Ubisoft support staff was no help at all, very frustrating. Unfortunately I didn't know the game had bugs that made it unplayable, so I was only using a single save slot. I've given up on it for now but some day I'll have to start the game over from the beginning... Cheers

No worries, DMack CA, Ubi Technical staff are useless. Don't be discouraged from playing the game, it's a gem. The bug doesn't always occur, very occasionally! In fact, out of all the times I've played in the last 9 years, I've only had the bug once on the PS2!

I didn't realize I had to shimmy between the glass walls at that point, so I went back where I came from. HH came with me, so even though I hadn't taken the photo yet, it still triggered the cutscene where Pey'j recovered. I knew things were messed up at that point so I'll remember not do to that on my next play through.
After that, I think I'm done with Ubi games for a while. My experience with uPlay, Ubi Support, and Assassin's Creed Revelations was so negative lol.

Lol, the HD ports didn't do the originals justice. When I play it again, I'm gonna play on my PS2. In terms of quality does the quality of Revelations seem rushed compared to AC2, I'm still debating whether or not to get it. Same question applies for Brotherhood, if you have it!

I have all the Assassin's Creed games, AC2 was incredible in my opinion, then Brotherhood was pretty good, but Revelations was a huge disappointment. You have to mess with an online pass and uplay and everything before you can even play it... It felt like Ubi just wanted to make some easy cash by exploiting fans' loyalty on that one.

Thanks, I thought as much, this is what happens when franchises become annual releases, they lack quality. From what Ubi said, Brotherhood or Revelations(can't remember which) were created for a smaller profit! Was it even worth it?.
