Games Disappearing from Uplay library
During the steam summer sale several weeks ago I purchased Splinter Cell: Conviction and played it for an hour or two and then turned it off . When I tried to play the next day it asked for me to input my serial code that was given by steam into my account for a second time, but when I did I got a message saying the serial code was already in use. I cannot find any contact information for uplay or some kind of system I can use to submit a help ticket, so I figured posting here was my last option as maybe someone would know what I could do to solve this predicament. I would have done this earlier but I went out of town for a couple weeks after the purchase and only just returned.

Your shortcut probably points directly to the executable in the game folder. Please create a new shortcut via Steam : open your games Library in the Steam client, right click on your game and select "Create Desktop Shortcut".
