Settlers 7 Gold, DLC won't unlock...

Hello, i have bought a settlers 7 game, a hard copy in a shop about a month ago. its a gold edition but all the DLC (1/2/3) are not unlocked....
I read somewhere to put my serial as the redeem code and i tried it, by now it just tells me that i have already redeemed that code. All the content is still locked though.

I just hoped someone could help me here before I write up an email to ubisoft technical support, maybe there is some simple explanation.

    I have the same problem.

I can't find any of my DLC in game. The Mods deleted my thread. This teaches me to buy Ubisoft products anymore. It's no wonder such a lousy corporation has so many problems

    Hi Kurooi,

there is known problem with some hard copies of gold edition. Lots of people had this problem, that your copy simply doesn´t contain DLC stuff, so you have just vanilla game. I was solving this problem about a year ago. Customer support didnn´t help me, so I had to reclaim my copy at the retailer. Luckily they sent me proper version a few days/week later. Wish you quick resolving.

Well i filed in a ticket and got quite a bad answer requiring for multiple proofs of purchase and owning it. Sadly i don't have the receipt and bought the game while on holiday -.- Really feel ripped off now.

Yeah don't think I will be buying any games of a company that doesn't owe up to its mistakes either. It's just not cool, especially since the game constantly reminds me to buy the DLC WHICH I SHOULD HAVE FOR THE MONEY I PAID. Seriously... Thieves.
