Mad Riders hanging on Splash screen | Forums

Just bought and installed Mad riders through Steam.. Launched the game... second splash screen and it freezes..

Try directly from the exe file and it loads... well I can live with that... Change the video settings to max and the game re-starts.. hangs on the second splash again..
Won't start any more directly from the exe either.

Checking the readme I can see that there is no support for either AMD or Nvidia's latest series of graphics cards..
This is abysmal considering that AMD's 7000 series had been released 5 months before the game was released.

Granted this may have changed in a patch since but I can't find any info on it.

Anyone know of a fix? (Also a friend who bought the game at the same time has the same issue and he is on a supported card)

Nope, having read the incredibly bad support threads I decided the community would be the better to ask.. I'll try CS tomorrow if no-one has any ideas
