future soldier in not updating nor running ! can u please help me ?!
also im trying to download uplay form ubisoft official uplay website but the download link is not working too !!


here is what i see when i try to run ghost recon future soldier:

I PAID MY HARD EARNED CASH TO BUY THIS GAME AND YOU WHERE SO HAPPY, EAGER AND GREETING TO TAKE IT, AND NOW I NEED YOU TO SUPPORT ME AND IM NEGLECTED, IS THIS THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU TAKE THEIR MONEY THEN PHASE THEM OUT, IS THIS YOUR BUSINESS MODEL, RIPPING OF PEOPLES MONEY ?!!

I PAID TO PLAY GHOST RECON FUTURE SOLDIER, AND ITS NOT WORKING, NOT RUNNING, WHENEVER I RUN THE GAME I GET AN ERROR AND IT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!

I EMAILED YOU UBISOFT AND YOU GUYS DID NOT ANSWER ME AND HERE IS THE PROVE I EMAILED:

ALSO PLEASE NOTE THE UPLAY DOWNLOAD LINK IS NOT WORKING, I CLICKED IT ZILLION TIMES AND I TRIED ALL THE THE TIMES OF THE DAY AND NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK, I JUST CANT DOWNLOAD IT !!!

BTW THIS IS NOT MY FIRST HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT WITH UBISOFT, I SUFFERED A HELL A LOT of BUGS AND ERRORS WITH RAINBOW SIX VEGAS 1, GHOST RECON ADVANCED WAR-FIGHTER, I SUFFERED WITH THE PESKY DRM OF ASSASSINS CREED SERIES and HAWX 1 & 2, AND NOW I CANT PLAY FUTURE SOLDIER.

AND STILL MANY OTHERS, **** IT GUYS I SPENT A FORTUNE ON YOUR GAMES AND THIS IS THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH ME !!!

WHY DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE MY MONEY WHILE I CANT PLAY YOUR GAMES, PLEASE ANSWER ME ?!!! IM PAYING YOU GUYS MY MONEY TO GET SERVICED AND IM NOT GETTING.

ALL MY LIFE I WAS AGAINST PIRATING FOR WHAT HARM IT MAY DO TO GAMING INDUSTRY (AND IM STILL AGAINST THEM BTW) BUT NOW FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I UNDERSTOOD THE IDEOLOGY OF HACKERS AND PIRATES, ITS BECAUSE GAME MAKERS THESE DAYS "OF COURSE UBISOFT IS NOT ONE OF THEM" TEND TO BE DAY LIGHT THIEVES, EVEN PIRATES PROVIDE BETTER SUPPORT FOR THEIR RELEASES.

FOR THE LAST TIME UBISOFT, IM ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND HELP, AND JUST A LITTLE WORD OF ADVICE FOR YOU GUYS, IM A "SENIOR MEMBER" IN SOME OF THE MOST FAMOUS AND WELL-KNOWN GAMING SITES, BLOGS AND FORUMS,GAMESPOT.COM, IGN.COM . . . . .ETC

After reinstalling the game through steam and updating to the latest 1.4 patch and updating all of my motherboard, windows, flash and java files, I still get the crashing of the game when I start it? What is happening to ubisoft? All my other games work including Battlefield 3, Modern Warefare 3, Black ops all work fine on my machine. 7+ weeks and I still can not get the game to show 1 Pixel. All I get is a blank screen and the program crashes. I got an answer from support saying that to update my motherboard drivers and i did and there is no change in the crashing. Just a big blank screen.

still cant run the game since day 1 i bought it, i even cant download uplay, its like my IP address is blocked or wtf, every time i try to download uplay i get a dns error, and thats only me, cz no body gets the same error, and btw all of my online games are working, bf3 mw3, tera online, its only ubisoft games, and man im truly desperate from ubisoft as they will never help you whatever you do, those people are cold hearted and would never care about you legit customers WHO PAID MONEY to play their games, and then their smart CEO goes out to tell the world how is it that 95% of pc gamers are pirates, come on . . give me a break

Same here with the crashes and disconnections, but i just solved the problem.... I pre-ordered Medal of Honour Warfighter and from the 25th of October i won't have any problems with this game. I've had it with GRFS and Ubisoft. They don't fix anything with all the patches. Stick with making submarine simulators.

im boycotting ubisoft games from now on until my issue has been resolved, btw EA games knows how to deal with customers, even thought they have origins which is one of those heavy weight DRM systems, but hell its nothing compared to this stupid uplay, and they do respond to their customers complains, i always loved ubisoft games and indeed i was a legit customer but whenever they starting their uplay thing i have always faced problems and hell gates was wide open on me, just so you know ubisoft, DRM only HARMS LEGIT CUSTOMERS, no harm to pirates, instead their territory will be bigger as more and more gamers will favor pirated games rather than being on the mercy of stupid DRM's, but well whose gonna here me now . . . as if ubisoft cares !

now after an extended search yesterday and using some tools i have discovered that my IP address is blocked by ubisoft, i dont know how nor why, because my friend has bought GRFS and he downloaded uplay (i even cant download uplay from my pc . . . it gives me a DNS error) and its working like a charm from his home ( well not exactly like a charm, he is suffering some connection issues but at least hey its running, at least he can play the single player campaign until those connection bugs get sorted . . . if ever, i doubt they will with ubisoft) its just my pc that cant run grfs nor uplay, that was the driver behind me using some tools and searching through the issue to discover at last that my IP address is blocked !!!
and as weird as it appears its true indeed, and im gonna make a video with proof and post it here when i have time.

i already emailed the support man but no body replied + i looked into the support site and i could not find any solved bug similar to mine thats why im going crazy, and dont tell me to call the support number in the game manual cz i live in dubai and this phone call would cost me a fortune, and i mean a fortune, you dont know how ridiculously expensive international calls cost here where i live in dubai, so is there anything else i can do to contact ubisoft other than emailing?


at first i thought that middle east IP's are blocked but then my friend bought the game and it worked in his home pc, and the most weird thing that i cant understand is why i cant download uplay from my home pc !!! i always get a dns error when i try to download it( and yse im sure my internet connection is okay as every thing is working perfectly expect downloading uplay), i downloaded uplay from my office pc and installed it on my home pc but when i run it, it did had a connection problem and refused to start, so i think the problem is related to uplay server itself blocking me thats why i cant connect and play !

im suspecting that uplay server blocked my IP by mistake falsely suspecting that my IP is a potential danger or whatever as a kind of its security system or bla bla bla. . . i dont know im just guessing, im still searching for a solution or a reason to whats happening.

anyway thanks man i really appreciate your reply, at least somebody with sense replied at last and sorry for my previous posts i really dont mean them, i love ubisoft games and respect them as a whole its just that what happened with me is so weird and annoying and i seriously cant wait to play this game.
