I know how you feel vicious,I have sent that exact pic to support,sent them the pic where it shows your loged in,but in the upper left corner it say's connect but wont let you connect (moving mouse cursor over it does nothing) I have even at Ubi Antoine's request sent all my info to him via email so he can sshow it to the dev's . I hope to hear back from him this week I do know he has been away until today the 21st.I have that sick feeling this game was never supposed to work,and never will,at least from the PC,GRN and gunsmith work just fine from my iPhone though.Ive done everything support has ask,sent them a ton of info,even gone so far as to reformat my PC.reinstall everything but here's a question nobody has answered,if our savess are on cloud why did our saves get errased with 1.4?? On the rare ocassioin I could get into GRN with out the above pictured error,it would show all my unlock's and achievments but ingame they have to be redone now.
I recievied a email from Ubi Antoine this am,the issue has been identified and he says a fix should be ready by next week,if any thing I sent in helped I'm happy for being of assistance.

i have the SAME exact problem, all tech support says is "install unitiy" which i already have, and also to try and access it from another computer on the same connection. Neither work, so i gave up. However there is a program called "Bluestacks" it's and android emulator, download it, and run it, you can access the GRN app through it, it's kinda sluggish, but it works, and you can access the extra credits and change the paint of your stun guns too lol
