When i click it game is not starting,just farcry 2 logo come and it is stucked here,Should i wait ?if i then for how much time?i wait for 1 min but nothing happened.

hey,

maybe try to run it as the Administrator? ( right mouse click)
otherwise re-install the game and try again,
i can't think of something else to do,
maybe buy an Xbox/ps3 with FAR CRY 3
